A lot of tests in fbtcs (for example - C_SQL_PRED_0) fail for same reason - invalid request handle in isc_dsql_set_cursor_name.
Downgrading protocol type from ptype_lazy_send to ptype_out_of_band fixes a problem, therefore I suppose the reason of a problem is bug in implementation of new protocol type.
