Converting a string to number gives different result than converting from number to number:
------------------
SQL> select cast(5.6 as integer) from rdb$database;
============
6
SQL> select cast('5.6' as integer) from rdb$database;
============
5
------------------
And this is accepted without generate error:
------------------
cast('5,6' as integer),
cast('5,6,7 8 9' as integer)
------------------
