Since FB 2.0.1 all kernel objects names created by engine prefixed with 'Global\' to be created in global namespace and be accessible by processes running in different sessions. It also prevents possible database corruption.
This is requires SeCreateGlobalPrivilege on Win2003 and higher. While this is ok for standalone server and for clients it is not good for applications used embedded engine.
