Gstat does not use RemoteServicePort option in firebird.conf

Test Details: No way to change firebird.conf 'on the fly' while batch which launches tests is in work.

DatabaseAccess = None
CreateInternalWindow = 0 (for,
RemoteServicePort = 3100

Server runs as service: fb_inet_server.exe -s -p 3100
'employee' is the alias of standard employee.fdb in aliases.conf.

The following command

gstat -a localhost:employee -user SYSDBA -password masterkey

prints header information and then

Database file sequence:
File c:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_2_0\examples\empbuild\EMPLOYEE.FDB is the only file
denied by server administrator

There is no this bug in FB 1.5.4

Unfortunately, I couldn't download, so it was slightly incorrect for my part to include 2.1 Beta 1 in affect versions
