Sometimes it is not desired to replace *all* occurences of a string within another, but only the first occurence. The equivalent e.g. in Delphi's StringReplace are the ReplaceFlags. At least the choice between replace *once* and replace *all* would come handy, e.g. with analyzing a token stream.
