CREATE TRIGGER causes two trigger object copies to exist in the metadata cache

Created: 09/Dec/07 04:13 AM   Updated: 19/Jan/16 05:02 AM
Component/s: Engine
Affects Version/s: 2.1 Beta 1, 2.1 Beta 2
Fix Version/s: 2.1 RC1

QA Status: No test

 Description  « Hide
After CREATE -> DROP -> CREATE sequence we have both old and new trigger objects in the metadata cache. This may lead to either unexpected behavior at runtime or "invalid BLOB ID" errors related to the debug information blob (which is already garbage collected for the old trigger instance).

It seems that only database-level triggers are affected.
