Infinite row generation in "select gen_id(..) from rdb$database" with "group by" [CORE1650] #2074

Is related to QA333

When executing following query only one row is expected, but result is infinite sequence of rows:

select 1, gen_id(g, 1 )
from rdb$database
group by 1,2

Without "group by" clause it works as expected and return one row with incremented generator value.
