Firebird win32 embedded server 2.0.3 calls exit(3) when e.g. ACCESS_VIOLATION occurs in a UDF procedure (unless BugcheckAbort is set, see ISC_exception_post).

For embedded server, hardware exceptions should always be passed to the application so that it can create crash dumps.

Please use fb_shutdown_callback() to intercept exits.
