Value of CURRENT_USER may be not in upper case when using unix OS auth. [CORE1854] #2283

The issue was reported to me by Paul Beach and Helen Borrie.

If you (being logged in as user1) issue:
#⁠ isql employee
SQL> select current_user from rdb$database;
you will get "user1" instead of correct "USER1".

This breaks use of unix native auth for all users except root.
