In two different version of Firebird Sql statement conflict with each other like Lower & Upper function not works properly. [CORE1892] #2323

in Firebird version 2.0.1 if we use lower function in sql query it works fine but while running that same sql query in previous version of 2.0 it doesn't support lower function. I was wonder with this silly kind of function conflict error or it's issue of consistency in function's name between two different versions.

Sorry, I have closed this ticket with a wrong resolution comment. Reopened now.

To the author: please provide the exact error message you get when trying to use the LOWER function.
