The notes in "firebird2\doc\README.build.msvc.html" are incomplete. In Prerrequisites, we should say that the following environment variable settings need to be made:

SET ISC_USER=sysdba
SET ISC_PASSWORD=masterkey

Without these, running make_boot fails.
