Is related to QA358

Steps to reproduce:

1) start transaction
2) execute statement <smth>; -- old simple syntax
3) commit retain
4) execute statement <smth>;
5) commit retain

"invalid transaction handle" error (release build) or run-time assertion (debug build) happens during steps (4) or (5).
