Is related to QA367

When verifying singleton record, record number is not correctly saved.
The code is also problematic in v2.1, but for some reason I can't reproduce it there.

Test case:

-- Incorrect:
SQL> select a.rdb$db_key, (select b.rdb$db_key from rdb$database b) from rdb$database a;

DB_KEY DB_KEY
================ ================
0100000001000000 <null>

-- Correct:
SQL> select a.rdb$db_key, (select b.rdb$db_key from rdb$database b) from rdb$database a;

DB_KEY DB_KEY
================ ================
0100000001000000 0100000001000000
