Firebird 2.5 does not build on MacOS (Darwin) [CORE2102] #2536

Apple does not provide support for mutex and conditional variable in shared memory (required functions are present in libraries, but they always return 'feature not supported'). To fix this we need to use old SYSV semaphores, adapted to new lock and event managers.
