Duplicates CORE749

32 ddl name limit in in name of table and other area limit user to DIVISION of lager enterprise section of firebird

for example i try use this name : ACCOUNTING$BASEACC$INDUSTRIAL$GROUP1 and then lager of 32char
(contract of name in some time is not nice !)

in think must grow to 96char min!
