Currently, CREATE VIEW forces me to specify column names when I select grouped fields. I see the field names are inferred correctly for subselects though.

create view V as select d.rdb$relation_id from rdb$database d group by d.rdb$relation_id

Invalid command.
must specify column name for view select expression.

Another case:
recreate view V as select a from (select 1 a from rdb$database);
