Error message "operating system directive WriteFile failed" doesn`t contain file name for temporary files (when activating indexes) [CORE2473] #2886

Activating or creating indexes on big tables requires a lot of free space on temporary folder drive. When there are no more free space left during such operations, error message "Statement failed, SQLCODE = -902 operating system directive WriteFile failed" is displayed, but it doesn`t contain file, folder or drive name.
