When compiling Firebird on FreeBSD from sources ./configure, gmake, gmake install - not installed libraries
libicuuc.so.30.0, libicudata.so.30.0, libicui18n.so.30.0 and fbintl.conf.
Please, add rules in Makefile for this files.

Use slightly modified linux installation script on FreeBSD.
BTW, the best way to build firebird on FreeBSD is to use --with-system-icu switch with installed fresh version of ICU.
