Is related to QA651

With the ORDER BY subclause (with or without PARTITION BY), aggregate functions should do cumulative aggregation over the rows it passes.

DISTINCT will not be supported (Oracle and PgSQL) doesn't support it too. LIST will also be out from this initial implementation.
