In rare cases when ctrl-c is pressed to stop superclassic server, it may segfault when exiting.

Races between shutdown thread and main thread might cause a case when main thread already destroyed fb_smp_server's global variables as the result of exit() called, but fb_shutdown() in shutdiwn thread tries to use such variable(s). The solution is to explicitly synchronize main and shutdown threads, using fb_shutdown() before returning from main thread.
