The default DRI action is Restrict. It is very useful to SPECIFY a default DRI action in the Firebird configuration, at the table,database, or configuration level. This should be very easy to implement.

IIRC, default action is specified by standard and it is NO ACTION (not implemented in Firebird but very close to RESTRICT).
I, personally, see no value in this feature and it is not critical of course.
