The following clause will be useful in case of need to change domain NULL-values tolerance:

ALTER DOMAIN my_domain SET NULL VALUES ENABLE | DISABLE

- with the mandatory checking of EXISTING data against new (offered by developer) rule for null values.

Following the same feature added for tables in v3.0, I'd suggest it looking like:

  ALTER DOMAIN my_domain {NULL | NOT NULL}

Looks like this is dublicate for http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-1684 (which too can now be marked as fixed).
