MON$ATTACHMENTS new column - activity info: user, gback, nbackup, gfix and so on...

This will solve lack of info about activity through service api (gbak and nabackup(2.5)) and helps to distinguish user activity from service activity.

The MON$Remote_Process field of MON$Attachments already provides the details of the connected application, including gbak, gfix, gstat and nbackup.

Yes, it provides detailes, but this fields are null if gbak or nbackup working through service manager api, or user app working through old client library (prior to 2.1).
