I have the test case sent to me privately by user.
Two processes updates same set of records and posted event. Both processes are not listen for event's.
In most cases deadlock is reported (it is correct) but sometimes one process waits and second enter infinite loop creating and deleting events table in shared memory.

Reproduced only with CS, i'm unable to reproduce it with SC\SS
