The fbclient.dll from archive "Firebird-2.5.1.26182-0_Win32.zip" is detected as "Client Library is missing or invalid" while trying to connect. This problem is actual for few last snapshots. Fbclient.dll from build 26074 works well.

I cannot confirm that, everything works okay.

Supposedly, your problem is caused by the MSVCRT runtime dependencies. Snapshot builds are done using VC 2005 SP1 while the release builds (26074) are done using VC 2005 (no SP) and they require different runtime versions (8.0.50727.4053 vs 8.0.50608.0 respectively).

Once you have downloaded (e.g. http://www.ibprovider.com/download/crt/vs2005_SP1_8_0_50727_4053/vcredist_x86__8_0_50727_4053.exe) and installed the proper version, the issue should disappear.
