Relate to JDBC271

ISQL:

set planonly;
set sqlda_display;

select (null as int) from rdb$database;
-- sqltype = 497 (nullable)

select (? as int) from rdb$database;
-- sqltype = 496 (not null)

It may cause wrong results (e.g. zero instead of null) returned by applications hardly relying on the described nullability flag and ignoring the runtime one.
