write into firebird.log current settings of trace/audit that has been launched [CORE3595] #3949

Currently trace log does not contain any information about it`s .conf-file, including path and name of this file.
I suppose that it will be useful to add such information into firebird.log

I think it will not harm if first process which created audit trace session will put record into firebird.log. Something like:

Started audit trace session using configuration file <file_name>
