Usage text for gbak does not mention required parameters for any switch except -MODE which makes it almost useless.

Those switches require charset name as a parameter. This fact doesn't mention in text (in contrast with -MODE for example).

In other words, "-MODE mentions its parameter, in contrast to all other switches"
