create package fails on creating header as soon as there is at least 1 procedure name

Created: 21/Mar/13 10:23 AM   Updated: 29/May/15 01:05 PM
Component/s: None
Affects Version/s: 3.0 Initial
Fix Version/s: 3.0 Alpha 1

Environment: Windows 7 64, Firebird "WI-T3.0.0.30281 Firebird 3.0 Unstable"

QA Status: Done successfully

 Description  « Hide
The code in the examples file fbout-header.sql fails:

SQL> create or alter package fb$out
CON> as
CON> begin
CON> procedure enable;
CON> end!
Statement failed, SQLSTATE = XX001
corrupt system table
-Error while parsing procedure FB$OUT.ENABLE's BLR

If I leave out the procedure name, the package can be created. I did not manage to create any package containg a procedure. I did a backup/restore of the database, that has just been created.
