The following statement

execute block returns (U varchar(14)) as begin U = gen_uuid(); suspend; end;

results in the error message:

"Arithmetic overflow or division by zero has occurred.
arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation.
string right truncation.
expected length 16, actual 16."

The error is fine, of course, but the message should point out the expected length to be 14...
