Increase Database Buffer on Windows 2012 turns database slowly. [CORE4111] #4439

In windows 2012 if you increase Database Buffers it keep slowly instead of being faster like in the other SO.
You can do a simple test, insert 100.000 record in a table and see the time it takes.
Then increase Database Buffers and how much you increase it keeps slowly.
Why ?

Please don't ask questions in the tracker, use the firebird-support mailing list. If you insist this is a bug, please provide all details - initial and changed buffer cache size, the query and the used metadata, full execution statistics for both runs, etc.
