Duplicates CORE2988

Hi!

When a record is locked (UPDATE, DELETE, WITH LOCK) then the concurrent UPDATE or DELETE statement reports lock error which contains the concurrent transaction number.

It would be great when WITH LOCK statement sql error contained the transaction number too.
