Installation under LINUX from snaposhot: provide ability to specify arguments to install.sh [CORE4223] #4547

It will be useful if http://install.sh will "understand" the same arguments as http://autogen.sh, namely:

./install.sh --prefix = /opt/fb_30_special_folder
./install.sh --with-service-port = 3333
./install.sh --with-service-name = fb30_special_edition

et al.

A lot of options in ./configure affect compilation process and therefore can't be changed at install time. But mentioned as the sample options really can be tuned by installer.
