DateAdd(): change input <amount> argument from INT to BIGINT [CORE4310] #4633

Currently this statement: select dateadd( 2147483648 millisecond to timestamp '01.01.1970 00:00:00') from rdb$database; - will faults with error "arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation".

Is is possible to change 1st argument type from Int to BigInt ?
