I use Firebird-1.0.0.796 CS on Linux.

I hope this bug will not be ignored as my previous ones.

Parameter introduced in the select list come after all other
params in dynamic SQL.
Example query:
---
select (select 'ok' from RDB$DATABASE where :test=1)
from RDB$DATABASE where :test2=2
---
When we set
:test=1
:test2=2
we get null result.

When we set
:test=2
:test2=1
we get 'ok' result

We reproduced this bug on using InterClient, JCA and IBX,
so it seems to be in the core engine.
