SQL> show version;

SQL> show collation;
There are no user-defined collations in this database

SQL> set autoddl off;
SQL> commit;
SQL> create collation name_coll for utf8 from unicode CASE INSENSITIVE;
SQL> create collation nums_coll for utf8 from unicode CASE INSENSITIVE 'NUMERIC-SORT=1';

Why I'm getting such error ?

PS. No such message in FB 3.0.x
