"SharedCache" and "SharedDatabase" should be in sync with a method of starting firebird (i.e. switch -m in windows and choice between permanently started daemon and start under (x)inetd control in posix)

In v.4 behavior of ServerMode parameter will be extended. New startup method (Auto) should be added, and with this startup method it will be possible to control mode on per-database basis.
