Comments
Modified by: @dyemanovassignee: Alexander Peshkov [ alexpeshkoff ] |
Commented by: @AlexPeshkoff "SharedCache" and "SharedDatabase" should be in sync with a method of starting firebird (i.e. switch -m in windows and choice between permanently started daemon and start under (x)inetd control in posix) |
Commented by: @aafemt Only because nobody so far implemented cache shared between processes or database used by several multithreaded servers. It can be changed. |
Commented by: @AlexPeshkoff Both are not expected in FB3 |
Modified by: @dyemanovRegression: 3.0 Alpha 2 [ 10560 ] |
Modified by: @dyemanovFix Version: 3.0 RC 1 [ 10584 ] |
Commented by: @AlexPeshkoff In v.4 behavior of ServerMode parameter will be extended. New startup method (Auto) should be added, and with this startup method it will be possible to control mode on per-database basis. |
