Typing:

"add -user SYSDBA -pw masterkey -admin yes" into gsec causes server to crash.

I appreciate the command should have been

"add SYSDBA -pw masterkey -admin yes"... but the server shouldn't crash!

Version = Firebird-3.0.0.31681-0_x64.zip.

On another note, please can I suggest a quick-start to getting security setup on Firebird 3 in the base directory. I had to do a lot of digging around online - this is made worse by the top search results on google actually being inaccurate for the current version.

With gsec there is another problem causing crash Firebird.
Firebird runs as a service superserver mode under Windows. Start utility gsec.exe. Appears online invitation

Now close gsec close button (X). After that, a message is displayed on the crash of Firebird Server.
