When trying BLOBVIEW isql goes into infinite loop with 100% CPU consumption

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems that this ticket can not be supplied with test: BLOBVIEW opens default text editor, fills it with blob data ans control after this is moved inside text editor, so one need to wait its window to be closed by user.
If this POV is wrong - please correct me.
