ISQL (or fbclient ?) crashes on detach after processing with DB which has objects with length = 63 non-ascii characters [CORE5321] #5597

Consider two scripts from attached .7z
Script "c0749-short-names.sql " will work without problems.
Script "c0749-long-names.sql" will show results but immediately after this ISQL will crash.
Standard Windows message will appear on the screen with details:

AppName: isql.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.258 ModName: fbclient.dll
ModVer: 4.0.0.258 Offset: 000848a5

Server and client version: WI-T4.0.0.316
