from PXW_CYRL
CASE INSENSITIVE
ACCENT INSENSITIVE;

with A(val) as(

)
select * from A where val collate PXW_CYRL_CI_AI like '%update%'

FB 2.5 - two record
FB 3.0, 4.0 - only one record
