DbInfo interface is not passed to ancillary instances of plugin [CORE5588] #5855

DB crypto manager sometimes needs to create ancillary instances of dbcrypt plugin in order to validate key correctness. DbInfo is not passed to them causing validation failure in a case when encryption depends upon content of DbInfo interface.
