The attached patch adds support for the RISC-V 64 bit architecture.

I have compile tested this only.

Ports to new ISA are always welcome - but we follow the rule that port can not be done only for release branch, you should also provide patch for master branch. This is needed to avoid a case when we happen to miss some port in next FB version. So please provide a patch for master branch.
