Validation: provide ability to filter messages by severity (e.g. prohibit output of warnings, only errors are interested) [CORE5944] #6200

Validation ( gfix -v -full ... ) can produce lot of output but if 99% of messages are warnings then such log can not be read (see attach as example).
It will be great if one may to filter out warnings from such output, so that validation will report only total count of them at the final.
