Add to gbak new option "-nv" (non-verbose).
With non-verbose logging gbak should log only two message for each object (about begin/end operation for object).
Fully omit all " .... records message"
If -nv used with -st - log counters for records/pages on message about end of operation.

I'd rather extend -verbint option to allow zero, which would mean omiting all "NNN records" messages except the final (total) one.
