make gstat show amount (count and percentage) of unused database pages [CORE6128] #6377

Similar update was already made to core API and to isql, but gstat was forgotten

P.S. gstat -d is not sufficient as it mixes together 0% and 1-19% pages and also seems to only count for data pages of all the database.
