Error 'Multiple maps found for ...' is raised in not appropriate case [CORE6143] #6392

During database attach engine checks for a rules to map data in authentication block to CURRENT_USER and CURRENT_ROLE. If >1 rule of same priority is found for same item an error 'Multiple maps found for ...' is raised even if that rules give for this item same results that seems to be over-hardened check.
