SUBSTRING SIMILAR is described with wrong data type in DSQL [CORE6159] #6408

In DSQL, SUBSTRING SIMILAR is always describing it return equal to the first expression data type.

That is not correct. When the expression datat ype is not a blob, it should be described to return a VARCHAR type.
