No restore database with FB/Java External Engine Plugin [CORE6270] #6512

That problem is happened only in database installed FB/Java External Engine Plugin

All functions, procedures, and triggers made in the Java platform work fine!

1) gbak -b -v d:\db\sqlj.fdb d:\db\sqlj.fbk
OK!

2) gbak -c -v d:\db\sqlj.fbk d:\db\newsqlj.fdb

Database recovery hung on

gbak: restoring privilege for user SYSDBA
gbak:creating indexes
gbak:committing metadata

3) When done,"DROP PACKAGE SQLJ;" recovery goes well.

We installed a java plugin and we have the same problem (FB 4.0.4). Please, fix this issue.
